    Maria and Greg are very warm hosts who make sure that you feel absolutly welcome and safe at their cosy lodge. Family atmosphere with great food, cooked by Maria and her staff. Beautiful huts with cosy beds. A great place to relax and unwind and experience Gambia from a more local view.

    Greg & Maria are wonderful, warm hosts who instantly made us feel relaxed & at home. By the end of our two- nights stay we felt part of the family. Evergreen is a beautifully designed & tranquil oasis, with lots of personal touches. The food was authentic & delicious. Greg is a coffee-connoisseur providing us with ample, real coffee! We cannot wait to return, & will stay for much longer next time.
