Localization is perfect. In front of the sea of Myrtos, one of the best beachs of Kefalonia. It is quiet, private, with options to stay indoor with a marvelous view or outdoor in front of the sunset. There are a swimming pool and a sports court some steps below the apartments where one can enjoy the view. The apartment is very well furnished with washing machine and dishwasher. Makis and Poppy are very helpful. We had a great time there and will come back as soon as possible.

The location of the apartment was great, easily accessible, the view from the terrace amazing and the night sky out of this world. We did some stargazing on both nights and saw so many falling stars. The surroundings of the apartments are tranquil and it's great to have a pool with a view. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic two-week stay in the one bed house at The Seasons of Nickolas. Akis, the host, is incredibly welcoming and generous. He made us feel very at home and was there to help with anything we could need. The accommodation is a perfect size for a couple and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen is well equipped and the shaded outside patio is a great place to eat and spend evenings relaxing, with a lovely view of the mountains. The house is a few minutes' walk from the seaside town Aggia Effimia, which has lots of restaurants to eat in or have a drink. There are also two bakeries and a few convenience stores, which is perfect to have on your doorstep. The location is also perfect for exploring the island and within easy reach of other towns, beaches and other sites to explore. However, you will need a car to easily travel around the island. The accommodation is exactly as described and we would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We had a fantastic stay and really didn't want to leave!

Our stay at Pipis' House was fabulous. The host, Giorgio, was very responsive and helped to accommodate our needs. The house is cute, simply furnished, but with taste. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are big enough considering the overall floor area, and the living area is comfortable. There is a nice terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed our dinners, even if it was already mid-September. The shaded parking lot was a plus, and once we entered by reversing the car, it was easy to go in and out. The neighbourhood is tranquil: no noise, no roosters waking us up in the morning or dogs barking. The location is excellent: from there we could visit the whole island and find different taverns/restaurants. We discovered many beaches, located south, north, east and west, and our favourite one, Vouti Beach, was just 10 minutes by car from home. I highly recommend Pipis' House: it definitely contributed to making our holiday in Kefalonia a memorable one.

Very cool accommodation with a view of the mountains. The house has everything for comfort. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, oil, spices, towels. There was a surprise waiting for us in the refrigerator!

The apartment was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We were met in person, there was beer and water, and yoghurts in the fridge plus a local gift. The flat was spotless and had everything you need including tea coffee and toiletries - also air conditioning and a great shower. We had great comms with good restaurant recommendations and directions. We were so happy with our stay - and loved the beautiful mug given by the host on our departure. Very sweet
