The view is fascinating, the apartments are very clean and comfortable! Sunset view is unforgettable. But the most surprising thing is the football filled under the net. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view over Myrtos Beach. Every evening, we were treated to the most stunning sunsets right from our balcony – it was truly magical.The place was incredibly quiet and impeccably clean, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. We stayed for two weeks and found the location ideal for exploring the rest of Kefalonia. Whether we were heading to nearby beaches or exploring charming villages, everything was within easy reach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Kefalonia!

Amazing time at assos Best location.nice room The owner juana is very friendly She invited us to her next door restaurant "Savoro" Where we had super dinner. Her husband the chef brought us breakfast to the room and we enjoyed it while sitting in our sea front balcony. Recomended 🏅🏅🏅

We liked everything about the property. It clearly exceeded our expectations that were already high. Not only the owners and the staff are amazing but you can tell they take very very good care of the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel so impeccable. It is very well maintained and clean. The room gets cleaned every day. It has a breathtaking view on Petani bay. Breakfast was the best we ever had with local products.

It was a home from home, the owner thought of little nice touches with water in fridge, eggs and bread. Stunning views, comfortable beds, pool towels and towels for your showers in your rooms. Clean, well equipped and very safe. Would love to stay again.

Our stay at Pipis' House was fabulous. The host, Giorgio, was very responsive and helped to accommodate our needs. The house is cute, simply furnished, but with taste. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are big enough considering the overall floor area, and the living area is comfortable. There is a nice terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed our dinners, even if it was already mid-September. The shaded parking lot was a plus, and once we entered by reversing the car, it was easy to go in and out. The neighbourhood is tranquil: no noise, no roosters waking us up in the morning or dogs barking. The location is excellent: from there we could visit the whole island and find different taverns/restaurants. We discovered many beaches, located south, north, east and west, and our favourite one, Vouti Beach, was just 10 minutes by car from home. I highly recommend Pipis' House: it definitely contributed to making our holiday in Kefalonia a memorable one.

The apartment was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We were met in person, there was beer and water, and yoghurts in the fridge plus a local gift. The flat was spotless and had everything you need including tea coffee and toiletries - also air conditioning and a great shower. We had great comms with good restaurant recommendations and directions. We were so happy with our stay - and loved the beautiful mug given by the host on our departure. Very sweet
