Modern and clean apartment. Nice position in Marmari. Tavernes can be reach by walk. Big and well equipped kitchen. 2 separated bed rooms. Comfortable beds. Host friendly and helpful.

I don't know where to start. I haven't had such a good experience for a long time. The property is a family business and as a visitor you can see and feel it every minute. You are welcome and you are treated as a friend. Staff is always there when you need them and help you with whatever you may need. I did not hear "no" as an answer although I had many questions about different services and things which were not even related to the hotel. So they do not only care about the hotel but also about the place they are operating in. Hotel is located in Marmari which is a small village in Evia. You can Rafina-Marmari ferry to get there. From the port it's reachable by foot, but if you have a lot of things or have some trouble walking I would recommend to take a taxi as the hotel is located on top of the hill and the road is pretty steep. Our room was perfect. It was big enough and had a balcony facing the sea and the pool. Breakfast was simple but good. I would suggest to have an option to order a proper cappuccino for an extra fee as they make great coffee, but the one they have for breakfast is not as good. Pool is fantastic. Water is clean and not too warm. And what is absolutely brilliant - they are not using usual chloride but some kind of salt, so the water is gentle for eyes does not leave any bad smell to your swimwear. And now we get to the biggest surprise. I have been really sceptical about hotel restaurant and I still will be in the future, but this poolside restaurant was something different. It all starts with great people who work with passion. The service there was spot on and should be an example to many restaurants. The food was DELICIOUS! We did not plan to eat there that much, but found ourselves having a dinner two times + some snacks as well. And if you want to have your food paired with a good wine, ask for John who will find the perfect match to your appetiser, main or dessert.

The hotel is located right next to the ferry and is right on the beach.there is a free parking for hotel guests. The hotel has a dedicated shaded area on the beach for the hotel guests with tan beds. Staff is amazing, very kind, and helpfully. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served out of a menu and is very fresh and good.

Everything was perfect. Really nice, quite and well managed establishment. Although we didn't stay there for too long due to work obligations, we can't find anything negative.

I liked everything about this hotel - the location by the sea, the friendly but courteous staff, and the room with its view of both the park and the sea. I thought it was a great idea that the hotel offered a basic fixed breakfast, but with the option, if wanted, to pay for extra items - a sensible way of avoiding the food waste that I am sure must accompany a lavish buffet breakfast. I also tried the hotel’s fixed price evening meal - it was delicious and very good value!

We really enjoyed our visit in Ethirenia villa. The property is located at a hill over Karystos with amazing view towards the sea. It was really clean and very comfortable for our group of 5. Additionally the host was very kind and helpful before, during and after our stay. We totally recommend Ethirenia for your next trip to Karystos
