The property is new and modern and it has all the amenities needed. The apartment was spacious enough, very clean and equiped with everything you need. We particularly liked the modern kitchen and the bathroom. Maria is a really nice host and a genuine kind person.

Wonderful, very clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. My room was a loft - modern design with the kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and lounge area/balcony overlooking the pool. Perfect for solo traveller/ couple. Location perfect, everything I needed was in the walking distance. And finally, most important. Mela and her staff were very polite, kind and helpful. Great hospitality!

It is hard to summarize shortly what we loved about this hotel. Simply said: everything. The beauty of the rooms, the gardens, the pool area was all extraordinary. The wide selection, freshness and the taste of the food (we had buffet breakfast and dinner) was super. The spotless cleanliness, especially considered during the peak hours in the buffet restaurant, was more than satisfactory. The hotel had a very close private beach with some sunbeds and umbrellas, where we could spend most of the days. But on top of all these, the best thing in this hotel was the friendliness of all staff, to which we can't be grateful enough. It was a perfect stay for the whole family!!

We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
