We adored Splendour! The location was brilliant very near loads of restaurants/ cafes. We got a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel and coincidentally it was the morning before we got engaged! So it was faith! We absolutely loved how friendly the staff were, especially Jennifer and the guy who brings the bags to the room. Cannot fault our stay at all.

Offering a shared hot tub, the traditionally built Aerino Villa is located in the scenic Firostefani. It features air-conditioned accommodation with minimal decoration and views over the caldera.

I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The common area, overlooking the water, was absolutely stunning—pictures do not do it justice. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to Flora, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice and more than expected. Very calm place, but you can reach nice restorans and bus station in a few minutes. The apartment is super clean. Nice sunrise from the window if you get up earlier.

Extremely cosy room and comfortable bed with a lovely bathroom and shower. Great location if you don't mind the 5-10 min walk from Fira, as it's nice and quiet in this area but still close to the town. Staff was very hospitable.

Absolutely perfect stay – highly recommend! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, if not better! The service was outstanding – the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, no matter the time. The 24/7 reception was a big plus and made everything so easy. The room was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and very filling – the perfect start to each day. Would definitely come back!

Amazing hotel with perfect view and helpful staff , they arranged transfer from the airport for 35 euro in a confortable van (15min from airport) and we found a staff waiting for us to carry our luggage to the hotel ( arround 85 steps ) even it was 7 am ( and the reception open at 9 ) , i appreciated that ! Since it is not high season, our room was available at that early hour of the morning, and they allow us very early check in Bed was very confortable, room was warm with AC heating , hot tube ( jacuzzi) in the balcony was top, especially in april ( swimming pool very cold ) . Hotel walking distance 15 min from all ships , restaurants , bus station , cable car ... I strongly recommend 👌
