Family hotels and homes in Gaios

The apartment has everything that you need for one week travel with family and the swimming pool is very good for kids

Half of the staff were friendly (front desk, breakfast crew, shuttle driver) and half were pretty unpleasant (restaurant and bar staff). The best features were (1) the pool area (for the kids), and (2) the traditional family taverna across the street which was excellent!

Cute family owned cottage, with clean premises. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We were getting all the attention and help we needed. As a family of four with two small kids, I liked the calmness of this place. The property is up on the hill and going up with a car is an adventure of its own :)

Lovely pool, quiet, friendly and the room was great. We had a family room and it was like a suite, tons of space. Perhaps the time of year but there wasn’t a lot of life in the hotel in the evening. There’s a brilliant restaurant over the road though, which is a great alternative if the kids don’t want to walk into Gaios.

Fantastic property and Eva was wonderful to us and our kids. Our family was genuinely sad when leaving Villa Avgerini and all its friendly kittens. The location is perfect - a short stroll away from all the bars and restaurants of Gaios, the property is so chic, the flat, especially the beds, we're so comfortable and the pool is the cherry on top.

Really great space. 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. 10 minute walk to Gaios town centre so location is perfect. Kids loved the pool and we were lucky enough to be there when they’d just had kittens which made the holiday for the kids. Eva is beyond welcoming and helpful with great advice. Will definitely come back

The location and the way the property looked. It was quiet and family friendly. The nature around it was amazing and very close to the center of the island. It had available parking and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Cottage studio clean full of character quiet and all amenities available . Air con great Lovely pool. Yiannis was wonderful. He is handsome charming and kind and funny. Helpful but not intrusive . We felt very cared for . Wine in fridge. Transfers. Great local advice. Lovely fresh smelling linen and towels. If you don't book in to this place you will miss a relaxing comfortable week affordable independant pretending you are a happy local blending in. And ENGLISH books to read. Well the view says everything!!!! What a location. Loved the villa, a little big for us only being a couple but would be ideal for a family with older children as they could have their own little studio section on the ground floor. The pool and view are the best we've ever had on any Greek Island and we've been on a lot. The owner lives on the ground floor to one side which is a bit strange but very friendly and helpful if you have any issues. Would highly recommend.
