    Stay with a family of 4. Clean, simple, functional and quiet. Water, wine, sodas, coffee and tea, muesli bars as snacks were provided. Parking was arranged by Vasilis adjacent to the apartment. Location downtown, so super. Good internet. Very good value for money. Vasilis is friendly and easy going. There’s a couple of church bells in the morning nearby but no big deal.

    We stayed as a family with two small kids in Ioannina in the apartment for some days. The apartment is well located, in walking distance to the center, private parking place. Inside it's spacious, everything necessary is there, communication with host was pleasant - fully recommended

    The location is superb; very central, surrounded by lovely going-out options, and yet very quiet. Parking can be tricky in that area, but the hotel accommodates for that with a great parking option just 2min walk. The staff is very friendly - and they are excellent with kids, ie. very family friendly.

    Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a perfect location with parking. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. The ground floor position was great for us because we travelled with a baby. The room is very family friendly, there are child locks on the fridge and although we didn’t use it we saw a travel cot in the wardrobe. We would stay here again in the future.

    The location of the apartment is perfect! It is really hot, very clean and well equipped for a family. There were also books for kids available in the apartment, that kept really good company to the children. Stathis was more than willing to help with everything that we requested for our stay. In general, it exceeded our expectations.
