Just read the other comments and believe every word of them :D Really! This is a small paradise hidden between a bunch of other huge hotel complexes. With plenty of parking, perfectly cut green grass, green lemon and other trees, tall palm trees, a big clean pool with blue water, a nice little building with about 20 rooms (all looking towards the garden). It is very very clean, thanks to a very very lovely lady, who didn't just cleaned the room spotlessly, but even folded the kids clothes. She always had a few nice words, asked us if everything is fine each time we met. The place has a very nice owner, who welcomed us warmly, asked us about our trip, he was smiling while telling us about his trip to our country once. He told us to come and ask if we have ANY wishes, questions, problems. The room had everything we wished for. (did I mention how clean it was?) It had plenty of space for the four of us, there was a small kitchen part, a coffee machine (we got new capsules once we used up all of them), a fridge with 2 big bottles of mineral water waiting for us, dishes, cups, mugs, good WIFI, air conditioning, in the bathroom there were towels, shampoo and shower gel, soap, toilet paper... Really, everything we needed... We didn't cook, but ate cold food on the balcony each day, looking down on the little paradise called garden. All this is located in the middle of the town, there are tavernas, super markets, gift shops, just about 50 meters away. There is a small hidden door that you can open with a key on your room key to shorten your way to the closest beach by making it 100m instead of 500m. We had a car, so we were traveling across the island, but even if you don't, the bus stop is also 50m away. I'd say this place is perfect!

This hotel deserves 10 out of 10! Brand new, amazing modern design, super delicious food and drinks, wonderful facilities for adults and kids (they have a play room where you can drop off your kid while having a nice quiet dinner), private beach, gorgeous view! Also very nice and helpful stuff.

Loved our stay at the end of April, not too busy. Staff were very helpful, enjoyed the different food options available and pool and beach access are easy.

The hotel was excellent! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and we were warmly welcomed – our room was ready just an hour after our arrival! The staff were always extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. The reception staff assisted even with small requests, such as calling a taxi. Cleanliness was perfect, with rooms being serviced every morning. We had our stay with breakfast included – the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The pool area had a bar and a restaurant, with especially tasty pizzas – highly recommended! Overall, our stay was truly wonderful, we have no complaints at all, thank you! ✅

All was absolutely top ... So nice and helpfull staff, (Mrs.Světlana is perfect receptionist. :-) ) . Comfortable accomodation, clean with balcony and swimingpool view. Breakfast are also tasty, bottle of water during dinner free, swimmingpool is quite large and a lot sunbeds are around pool. Stuff in pool bar was so nice too and frappe was delicious. Beach is near and bus station to Rhodos town too,perfect location. Caldera restaurant and bar was amazing, we enjoy evenings there a lot. I hope, we will come again soon.

My husband and I stayed at Kelly's for 14 nights. It was our 2 week workation (work + vacation). I will try to give as many details as I possibly can. Property: This boutique-style hotel is run by a family. The family has a construction business and they built this back in 2022. Since the property is new, it feels fresh. They have only 11 rooms and most days we felt quite a private and luxurious experience with entire seemingly for ourselves (This is because we went in May, summer could be packed). The entire property is super clean and they maintain it all around. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. There is a kitchenette with all basic equipment for cooking. Our bedroom had a balcony (I think all rooms have a balcony facing the road). The rooms are cleaned daily, which was amazing. Free parking too. Wifi: This was most important aspect for us. Wifi was stable 95% of the time and did not hamper our work. Pool area: We spent a lot of time around the pool. This was our main reason to book as well. The swimming pool is 1.4m throughout and it has pool side beds and beautiful cabanas. You get pool towels too. Food: We did not see in any other reviews but they have good food on property until 5pm (see pictures). We ate 12 out of 15 lunches. The chef is their family member. She worked at 5-star hotel earlier as chef. Apart from tasty Moussaka, we loved the Penne Chicken Broccolino Pasta and Pasta Carbonara. The rates are very reasonable and same as any restaurant nearby. Breakfast has the usual suspects with warm food + cold cuts. However, everyday they serve different Greek dish, one cake (changes daily). Location: The place is located 10 mins walk away from Kathara Bay & Faliraki beach. There are good restaurants nearby and a great bakery called Sarikas. Couple of restaurants we loved in the area - Village Taste and Spitiki Gonia. We chose last 2 weeks of May. Weather during our stay was a mix of hot, sunny, slightly windy and slight rains.

Comfortable, large and nice mediterranean style room. Quite area, very close to anthony Queen beach. Wi-Fi works good. Lovely staff.
