Our stay at Pipis' House was fabulous. The host, Giorgio, was very responsive and helped to accommodate our needs. The house is cute, simply furnished, but with taste. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are big enough considering the overall floor area, and the living area is comfortable. There is a nice terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed our dinners, even if it was already mid-September. The shaded parking lot was a plus, and once we entered by reversing the car, it was easy to go in and out. The neighbourhood is tranquil: no noise, no roosters waking us up in the morning or dogs barking. The location is excellent: from there we could visit the whole island and find different taverns/restaurants. We discovered many beaches, located south, north, east and west, and our favourite one, Vouti Beach, was just 10 minutes by car from home. I highly recommend Pipis' House: it definitely contributed to making our holiday in Kefalonia a memorable one.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view over Myrtos Beach. Every evening, we were treated to the most stunning sunsets right from our balcony – it was truly magical.The place was incredibly quiet and impeccably clean, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. We stayed for two weeks and found the location ideal for exploring the rest of Kefalonia. Whether we were heading to nearby beaches or exploring charming villages, everything was within easy reach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Kefalonia!

We liked everything about the property. It clearly exceeded our expectations that were already high. Not only the owners and the staff are amazing but you can tell they take very very good care of the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel so impeccable. It is very well maintained and clean. The room gets cleaned every day. It has a breathtaking view on Petani bay. Breakfast was the best we ever had with local products.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need, from shower gel and body lotion to a coffee machine, sweets, and snacks. There was even a hair iron provided, which was a very thoughtful detail. On top of that, the fridge was stocked with beer, water, cocktails, and even local wine provided by the host free of charge. It truly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. Our host Stefanos is very polite, helpful, and always available for any request. The location is excellent, right in the center of Lixouri, with all the essential shops around, and you can easily reach everything by foot. We would love to come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟

The apartment was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We were met in person, there was beer and water, and yoghurts in the fridge plus a local gift. The flat was spotless and had everything you need including tea coffee and toiletries - also air conditioning and a great shower. We had great comms with good restaurant recommendations and directions. We were so happy with our stay - and loved the beautiful mug given by the host on our departure. Very sweet

Of everywhere we stayed in Kefalonia, this was our absolute favourite. It is very spacious and there are excellent facilities. We had a nice bbq one evening and enjoyed self catering will the well equipped kitchen. The host was very kind and even left us food/drink gifts in the fridge. There are also several cute cats who are quite entertaining.
