Everything about this hotel is just WOW!! Breathtaking views, amazing accommodation, the nicest staff and the food was incredible. Our only regret is not booking for longer. But we will definitely be coming back.

This property was in a lovely small village, with outlook of the lake. Beautiful modern rooms, bonus motorbike helmet holders , and really comfortable beds. They have a cafe with great herbal teas and coffee. Our Hosts were really friendly and welcoming, catered for everything you needed. They were kind enough to drive us to a local taverna as was raining and we were travelling via motorcycle. 10 minute walk to restaurants & 20 minute walk to the lake. Ample parking. Friendly dog.

Don't miss this one! A comfortable modern room with a verandah overlooking a high mountain reservoir with sparkling blue water with an uninterrupted view as far as the eye can see. They advertise "snacks". To us Australians, a snack consists of a packet of potato chips/crisps, a couple if Kit Kat bars and maybe a sandwich. Therefore we arrived with dry biscuits, salami, cheese and a bottle of wine intending to have a light meal on our verandah. We got as far as the salami and cheese and one wine, and then read their menu which we found in the room. So down off down the restaurant overlooking the reservoir and ordered a bottle of wine, which arrived with, unrequested, a plate of salami, cheese and candied fruits and another plate of fresh fruit sliced and beautifully presented and served by the friendliest of staff. The meal arrived, which was pork souvlaki on toasted pita bread with tzatziki dip, fried potato chips and salad. Some "snack"! When the bill arrived we were charged only for the wine and souvlaki. For breakfast, included in the price, served on arrival -- fruit juice, coffee, a variety of breads, cakes and croissants, butter, jam, honey, a hot tart and a small custard and with optional cereals AND a choice of cooked breakfasts just in case you were still feeling peckish. What to do? Day one: down the road we arrived on, turn off under the Dassault 2000 aircraft, up a local road, over the top with mountain springs still working, past an F104 Starfighter, down into Pyli with two astonishing Roman arched bridges and a Byzantine church commenced in 1284. Day two: a tootle around the vast reservoir but stopping at the dam wall that you drive over and puzzle this one out -- no power lines, no hydroelectric station, no visible pipes leaving the reservoir, no spillway, and a dry river bed without water..

We spent 3 nights with our family in this wonderful house. A beautiful, quiet place. The house has everything you need. Cozy, well-thought-out interior. I would especially like to mention the sensitive and hospitable hosts who took care of a snack for tired travelers. It was very nice! Very responsive people, always ready to help with advice and deeds. You can find a lot of entertainment nearby: hiking in the forest, a lake with various attractions, taverns, other routes by car. A great place!

This guesthouse is a very nice and quiet guesthouse near Lake Plastira. From our room we had a very nice view of the lake as soon as we woke up. Although the owner did not speak English, she greeted us very well and tried her best to communicate with us making sure we are all settled. We even had to delay our check-in time to later in the night and they accommodated us with a service with a smile. One thing to consider is that the rooms are in a house with 4 rooms total meaning there is a shared kitchen and living room.
