The apartment is very nicely furnished, very clean with all necessary amenities. The view is great. The host is wonderful, answers all questions immediately and helps with everything. Helped and assisted a Bulgarian family with a small child who had a problem with a reservation at the same building. Thanks for everything Andrew!

Very clean and tidy rooms and common areas. Great, welcoming, toddler-friendly staff. We had a very specious balcony with a wonderful sea view. All recommendations, especially for the families with kids.

Very good location of the apartment, basically in the center of Hanioti but still quiet surroundings. Giannis and Marika are great hosts and always available if anything is needed. Nice, clean and good air-condition. Perfect for a family with kids.

A great place to stay with your family and friends! The villa is perfectly equiped, well maintained, spacious and really clean. Daily cleaning service. Large pool and yard, which is amazing for kids. Large and convenient parking space for 3 normal-sized cars. Very friendly and helpful host!

Avra Chanioti is a great place to stay during vacation. It’s 2 minutes walk from the beach , which is not such busy as the central beach. The house is very comfortable for a couple (also will be great for a family with 2 children or 3-4 adults). It has 3 terraces where we enjoyed the meal. It has all commodities needed, including a small grill. We had some a problem when we left the keys inside and closed the door, however Konstantinos rapidly helped us to resolve the problem. Konstantinos was very nice and responsive:) thanks a lot!

It is close to the beach . It’s very good for a family vacation, because all the guests are families with kids, so if you have a kid, it wouldn’t be alone, it will have friends to play with. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice, cosy and quiet place, far from the noise of the resort , a very beautiful garden, free parking. The studio we stayed in was very well equipped, with a nice terrace, the location is suitable for families with children. Lots of good wishes and thanks to the host, Despina and her family, very kind and warm people. We will definitely return to Deres Apartments!
