Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Skiathos! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — she welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, and a delicious homemade banana bread! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to restaurants and the port. Lovely, well designed and furnished apartment with nice, large, shaded terrace close to the Skiathos town. Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is about 15 minutes walking distance to old Skiathos town and apart from occasional jet engine noise from airplanes taking off from the nearby airport, it is really quiet. (you will be on the beach anyway during the day and planes don't land or takeoff after 10pm)

I booked my stay because of other people's glowing reviews I found online about this hotel. And boy, they were 100% correct. We should be all so lucky to stay at this hotel, with all its genuine high standard hospitality offered and fabulous views of sea. Great breakfast was as well. Great atmosphere. Even the cleaners have smiles on their faces. Well done.
