The apartment was huge, clean, spotless, well equipped, The staff was friendly. The location is walkable distance from the village center. Also the common areas are very organized and clean. Air condition worked properly.

The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.

The phenomenal host welcomed us with coffee and cake, and took the time to tell us about all the highlights of the area – from the best beaches to bars, bakeries, and restaurants. A true host in every sense of the word! We are very grateful, and he even provided beach umbrellas for us to take along. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, cleaned every day, with bottles of water thoughtfully left for guests. Our room had a particularly lovely view of the sea, which made the stay even more special.

Beautiful property and furnished like a true home. The owner was very kind and hospitable and upgraded our studio to the apartment without any additional cost. Near many beautiful beaches and very convenient if taking a ferry. We highly recommend it.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 3 nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most peaceful and heartwarming experiences I've ever had. The place is run by Helen and Spiros, 2 incredible souls who make you feel instantly at home. Helen, originally from Sweden, is gentle, nurturing, and always attentive, like a true mama! Spiros, Greek and full of joy, is like a papa figure, always smiling and ready to share the best local tips. The accommodation itself is a cozy haven, beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more! I was welcomed with fresh fruit, warm meals, refreshing drinks, and even beach gear that made my seaside days effortless and comfortable. The garden, lovingly cared for by Helen, is full of vibrant flowers, while Spiros tends to the vegetable patch... the fresh figs I had every morning were divine! The location is peaceful and ideal for exploring both popular beaches and hidden gems off the beaten path. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. I felt safe, calm, and truly cared for. It’s a rare privilege to discover such a lovely place, especially knowing they’ve only just started hosting this year ! Meeting Helen and Spiros was a gift in itself ♥️ I highly recommend this place. I’m already dreaming of coming back!

1. Сleanliness. It looks like we were the first guests on this villa, everything was very clean and new. 2. Comfort. We have everything we need, even for baby. 3. Magnificent view on olive forest and sea 4. BBQ zone is additional pleasure. 5. Pool with the water of 29 degrees comfortable gazebo, which was our favorite place for daytime sleeping 6. Modern furniture, equipment such as quality iron, automatically grill trochanter, lightening. 7. Territory with Olive Garden and colorful flowers, parking, pool zone & 2 terraces. 8. And of course, the Host and service! Giorgos was always on connect, gave us details for self-servise entrance, recommendations about restaurant, etc. We stayed there for 5 night, but they changed towels, bedclothes, cleaned house through 3 days. And every their visit the hosts left food and drinks for us. It was very pleasantly to taste local products. 9. About position: it’s better to have a car there to see beautiful beaches and go to the center or markets. Kissamos is nice, compact and quiet town. There is a beachside with restaurants.
