Very cosy place in the mountain town. Quiet and comfortable. Easy walking to bars and restaurants.

Just as we expected from the photos, a beautifully decorated old stone house with pretty outside area, very comfortable big bed, and good kitchen and a welcome natural cooling breeze through the windows. Thoughtful supplies of fruit, home made jam and local wine awaited us.

We were looking for some ‘real Greece’ and found it at Mannas house. The building had so much character- beautiful and efficient. We were given home made cake and the fridge was stocked with wine , water, bread and lovely coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with herbs and spices. Amazing. We were met by them at the airport which was a great comfort- travelling as we were with 2 children- 7 and 2 yes old.

It is a mix of authentic and modern where you can experience what it was like to live in a Greek stone house and at the same time have modern comfort. The house is very clean, you will feel like home as owners have thought about every tiny detail that you might need. The privacy is guaranteed, it's very calm at night, also, you will have a private yard where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee with various snacks and fruits (yes, we found lots of delicious stuff in the big fridge, It was a very nice surprise for us!). The owners of the house George and Julia are the people that you will meet only once in a life time! The attentiveness and care, warm welcome (Julia's cake was amazing!) and detailed presentation about the house made us feel like we are in a history meuseum where a super friendly guide is telling a story who has lived here before and what old parts of the house were kept and restored. The Embonas village where the house is located is such a gem! People are friendly, always smiling and saying hi, we even watched football game with the locals on Saturday evening as they have a football stadium here! You will find Greek tavernas, bakery, Gyro barbecue place (not only authentic Greek food but also amazing pizzas!), it is worth driving here if you want to feel the real Greek spirit and avoid touristy places, at the same time it is very easy to reach any part of the island from here. Big thank you to George and Julia who made our stay unforgetable and once again proved that Greek people are one of a kind!

This is a beautiful house in a small mountain village with very friendly owners and neighbors. The house is complete and new. The quality is excellent and it is very clean. In short a great place to stay, esp if you want to be in a calm village. The two single beds were just fine. We suspect that the double bed could be even better.

Felt hidden away and the liked the bunkbed feel to the beds.

I wish i could grade more then 10. Mikella and nikolas the angels, were super helping and got out of their way to solve us a problem we had. They are truely amazing. Also, the place is super clean and great and we wish they had a room for more days. The place has beautiful inviting garden with great atmosphere and sitting corners. The tavern run by nikolas, has the best food we ate in rhodes by far. Kalavrada is a beautiful village close to the beach and to everything we need with extremely possitive energies. Thank you very much for all you did for us!! You have a place to stay when you come to Israel.

Amazing suite design and extremely nice owners ! We took some fresh smoothies made from fresh fruits in the afternoon, before going to Monolithos' castle by foot (20 minutes walk). We watched a beautiful sea sunset there. After a very good night in the beautiful fourni suite, we ate an amazing breakfast at the guesthouse. It is trully delicious, with homemade bread and little pies, and very complete. (They also sell some local products, which is also enjoyable.)
