Lovely rural location in the olive groves, next to the farm. Short walk to some restaurants, or a drive to the leeda's village complex. Rustic feel but all we needed, loved chilling by the pool in the hammock. Various wildlife such as donkeys and peacocks 😂

What can I say except that everything was perfect, totally better than I expected! 💖 Location is great, beach, shops and bars are quite close. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, a little bit old fashioned but in a good way, with authentic vibe. Garden was simply beautiful, lovely view and flowers for the coffee break and food time. I most thankfully to the host Dionisis who was so warm, attentive and took care of everything we needed. Margarita Rooms are the best 🌺👍🤗

    This place is fantastic, unique, and unparalleled. My family and I had a wonderful and memorable time here. The accommodation is super comfortable, impeccably clean, and perfect for a family stay. We also brought our little dog, who felt like he was in paradise in this beautiful setting. I regret only staying one night, but we will definitely return! Without a doubt!

    Very friendly, helpful and caring staff, nice infrastructure: new bed linen, nice terrace, good air conditioning, nice swimming pool, diving school, sun-beds and sun-umbrellas at the beach, boats and kayaks to rent, great food and friendly staff at the bar and in the restaurant. Daily cleaning of the room and frequent change of towels and bed linen. Nice family atmosphere with lots of care. Short walk to Cameo island.

    The view was amazing - we have all the upper floor for ourselves. If we need anything, they helped us everytime. The host - a family of four - great people, very kind. They did not know wthat to do more for us to have a great time.They gave us diifferent products from their yard/ garden - as you give to your family - such us fresh eggs, tomatoes - for breakfast.

    Family-run hotel, large enough to have great facilities but small enough to be personal and friendly. We had a larger room - very spacious with a wonderful sea-view, and half-board: the food was excellent - great choice with great healthy options. Drinks were good value - especially cocktails by the pool in Happy Hour! We intend to return!

    Excellent accommodation! The hosts are wonderful people who make sure that your stay is perfect. Studios cleanliness is at a high level. Every day you can find homemade eggs, tomatoes, figs, lemons, olive oil, wine,potatoes,cucumbers.. Accommodation near the market, the sea, the city of Laganas. At a walking distance of less than 5 minutes, there is Cameo Island. I love the Koklas family:)

    The location and villa is perfect! Cleanliness was also superb. Was less than a 5 minutes walk from restaurants, supermarkets, beach. Absolutely perfect for a group of friends and would be for a family as well.
