These are wonderful apartments — modern, new, clean, and comfortable. The space feels cozy, the color palette is well thought out, and everything you might need is provided — and even more. Housekeeping comes regularly, the bathroom is new, and cosmetic products are available. We stayed here with our family, including a little child (1 year and 9 months old), and we truly loved it. The breakfasts are delicious, served buffet-style, and the dinners are absolutely amazing — you choose a main course, and the rest is a lovely surprise.

We stayed in the Liotopi hotel from July 11–19, 2023. Everything was amazing. Each day starts with a plentiful and varied breakfast. The beach, which is not crowded at all, is less than a minute away, and the water is very clean. The hotel rooms are extremely clean. Mrs. Louloudia is a very caring lady, resolving all issues immediately (the fan dryer burned and was immediately replaced with another). Lunch and dinner at a nearby restaurant, Akroyali, with very delicious food and excellent staff led by the very interesting and charismatic civil engineer Demetris. We met an Indian/German family that has been coming to this place for 15 consecutive years because of the human touch. Therefore, all positive comments from other reviews are proven to be true. Highly recommended for a peaceful holiday is the combination of both the Liotopi hotel and Akroyali restaurant.

The room was great - beautiful decoration, enough space, nice balcony! And size of bathroom is good ;) The room was cleaned every day. Staff is really nice, helped us all the time. We liked the food and we actually like that you can choose something from the menu. The restaurant near the sea, we really like the view and that we can go to swim any time! Highly recommend for somebody who looking for quiet nice place with great people!

A beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable place. Evgenia is a wonderful person who helps you whenever you need it. 2-3 minutes on foot to a small beach, with sand and stones at the entrance to the water, 5-6 to the main beach, where you also have a beach bar and showers, a combination of sand and stones at the entrance to the water. Few taverns and small shops, but I assumed this, knowing that I choose to spend the first week in an area with a lot of peace, to recharge my batteries. I could say that peace was invented at Stratoni. I really wanted this very much. I recommend the location to anyone looking for peace, especially to families with children, who do not have many temptations. Thank you Evgenia for a wonderful week and for yuca.

Although Stratoni is industrial town, we really enjoyed its Sleepy atmostphere with no tourists, empty beach and still enough places to discover thanks to Savva's guides. We like spacious apartment with all equipment we need. We really felt like home. Thank you Jean Franco. Hope your tomatos and peppers grows up. We have watered them everyday. Your printed guide was also very handy. Thanks you.

Best Place in Stavros ! I never give 10 to some property , but this property it was so good for the kids , the Owner its very carefully , the pool its perfect ! If you see the Stavros you will understand that this place its one of the best , free parking lots ! Free cappuccino for the breakfast!
