The swimming pool is lovely, with a small pool for young kids and steps to enter, a lot of green around it and even toys for the children to play around the pool. Our room was next to the pool so it was very easy to come and go from the room to the pool, we could even park our car right next to it. Two different bedrooms so kids stayed upstairs, an extra bed was made so all 3 kids could be accomodated wich was very nice and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, the bathroom is small but clean and functional. Nice balconies where to have breakfast / spend time. In the reception area there are many toys where kids can play and have fun with. We had an issue with a travel document and we messaged Mediterranean Dream saying we might have to delay / cancel the trip. The team got back to us within 20 minutes and said we could rearrange our dates with minimal fuss. This level of excellent service carried on throughout our amazing stay. Staff was super friendly and the place was clean and quiet just next to the beach. The breakfast was served in a 2' walk cafe' near the hotel and it was delicious.
