What a beautiful hotel. We only had 4 days here but wished we could have stayed longer. Great meals, wonderful staff and peaceful. We hardly ventured out as everything we needed was there. Lovely pool with a sandy beach close by. Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed..

Position in the Eastern part of Mavrovouni accessible via a small but well assigned road. The building is located only 5 walking minutes from the marvelous beach and has got covered parking lots free of charge. A super market and bar are in walking distance, too. Easy check-in as we received instructions via e-mail. The apartment consisted of a living room with kitchen and balcony with great ocean view, bedroom and a nice bathroom with a large shower box. We found everything clean, well equipped, nice and comfortable. Also to mention the washing machine as a great add-on. A fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations and makes us want to return soon.

Built at a privileged site just 10 metres from the sandy beach of Gythion, Aktaion Resort offers an outdoor pool with hot tub and poolside bar. Free on-site parking is also provided.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the location close to Gytheio, the lovely swimming pool, the generous breakfast, and the private beach. We were traveling with a baby and appreciated the crib provided. Overall, the hotel is very child-friendly and welcoming.

From the moment we connected, the hospitality shown by our hosts was nothing short of extraordinary. The apartment itself is a beautiful blend of charm, comfort, and traditional Greek character quaint and perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of our hosts. We felt like part of the family, not just guests. Sakis graciously took us for a complimentary drink while our apartment was being prepared, at the family’s new restaurant, ‘Kritamos’ where we later had an outstanding dinner. The signature ‘horiatiki salata’ is a must-try, and the personal attention from Agi elevated the experience even further. The kindness didn’t stop there, Tina surprised us in the street with fresh eggs from their father’s farm, and we were warmly welcomed with delicious Greek sweets on arrival. Every thoughtful gesture, big and small, created an atmosphere of genuine care and hospitality. We are deeply grateful to you, Tina and Sakis, and your family for such a memorable experience.
