What a great experience! The host family is super friendly. They were waiting for me on arrival and shown me to the apartment. I was able to park my motorcycle in the garage which was great. They gave me some honey as a welcome gift and next day they brought some banana muffins! The apartment is great, very spacious (I was alone and had the whole place to myself, but it can easily accommodate a big family or a group of friends). It was impeccably clean and kitchen was very well equipped. Gospic is a small-medium sized town with a surprising selection of different cafes. There are 2 large supermarkets just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the town centre is about 10 mins walk. Overall a great place and a great experience, highly recommended!
