When travelling and staying at hotels, a lot of things can get much better if you don't hesitate to ask for improvements. The staff were super kind and all our wishes were fulfilled. We booked a room with a private sauna and this was the best decision. The hotel had an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner! The spa, gym and pool were ideal early in the morning. We especially enjoyed the cocktail bar! A wonderful, professional and friendly bartender agreed to try and make our own alien cocktail recipes. In general, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young lady at the reception. We enjoyed both Opatija and Rijeka on our way to Italy and at the end of our stay were surprised that the garage fee was deducted from our bill. We also got a complimentary drink at the bar. I would strongly recommend this hotel and especially their half-board offer!

A very diverse and rich choice for breakfast. A beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, a wonderful, spacious bathroom and the most helpful staff of all the hotels I have ever been to. I recommend it to everyone.

Our stay here was wonderful! The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. We truly appreciated that it was fully stocked with all necessary amenities. The parking situation was a dream – spacious spots and easy access. On top of all that, the host was genuinely lovely and super responsive. Location was very close to the beach, check in and check out were easy and fast (we checked in online). Beautiful apartment, very big for 2 people. We were in apartment "Volosko" which featured a beautiful private terrace which we enjoyed a lot.
