the location is quite, with beautiful surroundings. it is a very good location for a family holiday. Andrea, the host, is super nice, very kind and very helpful. we really loved her hospitality and we are looking forward to being back. the pool and the pool area is really enjoyable, perfect for kids but also for adults!

Wow is the only word to describe this Villa. Facilities were second to none. Klaudia the host went above and beyond and was so lovely checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Villa was like home from home with stunning views. We were sad to leave and will definitely visit again

An exceptionally beautiful and very well-equipped apartment. A lovely yard with a swimming pool. The kids loved it, as well as the family cat that came to cuddle. The owner was very nice. We were allowed to bring a second child into the room, even though it was meant for three people.

Very modern and clean apartment with nice pool area in a small village next to the river and mountains. The host family was wonderfull, very helpful and hospitable. We liked this apartment a lot and higly recommend it to all.

Absolutely the best!!!! Beautiful modern, spacious, and well designed villa/home. The family that run it are also wonderful! Very helpful and understanding, and helped with bread and HOME GROWN VEGETABLES!!! Flawless! If we come back there no other place we'd stay.

The house is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by wildlife and lovely views. The pool was perfect for us. Our 4 children loved it. Our host came to clean it every morning and was available if we needed her. We were 10 minutes drive from Molunat and the sea and shops (Tommy supermarket). The house (2 apartments) had adequate facilities and was cool. We were delighted to find a tortoise in the garden. Showers worked well. Kids watched TV upstairs. Very pleasant. It took us a long time to locate the cutlery - it is in a drawer within the table.

Picturesque, idyllic and modern house in the mountains spread over two floors with swimming pool outside. Very clean and well maintained bedrooms and more importantly comfortable beds. A nice kitchen and living room. Barque space with table, chairs and all the required setup. Andrea and her family are absolute gold standard of hosts, available to help with any help and guidance for local shops, beaches and attractions.

We had a lovely family holiday in this villa in June 2023. The hosts were very kind and helpful bringing fresh produce, oil, fruit and a welcome pack much appreciated. I also liked the household / kitchen items made available for convenience The outside facilities were beautiful and the views amazing.

The hosts were amazing. We stayed only one night, so we did not have time to try the swimming pool but the garden seemed beautiful and family friendly. There is a cute dog and cats which we loved. We hiked in Ljuta the whole day before our flight back home, the host surprised us with fresh fruits and coffee to rest before offering us a ride to the airport that is close by.
