Very kind & friendly stuff: all my demands was treated immediately, any request is satisfied. Very relaxing ambiance, zen decoration brings you a peaceful state of mind. Very good breakfast when everybody can find what you like: healthy food for those who is careful about right nutrition (eggs, good fats, proteins, fruits and vegetables). For those who like a European breakfast-you have all kind of jams, pancakes, croissants & muslies. The pool area is very well done with 3 pools. Place for kids to play out. Pets friendly..Honestly, nothing to say except-it’s the very good place to stay!

The location is beautiful & to wake up every morning next to the lake is the best. The property has good air con & insect nets at the windows so keeps mosquitoes out. The staff are very nice especially the Filipino guy who runs the bar. Cycle hire is €15 & there are lots off virtually traffic free routes if you take lane ahead of the exit. We walked to Cvena luka in less than an hour & cycled to biograd. The swimming conditions in the lake are good and the water is very warm.

We had the most wonderful time. The hosts were amazing, the place was clean and as described and they quickly resolved a hiccup with water heater- in a matter of an hour which is amazing. The location is near everything and we're probably coming back at some point. They are great people. I also love that they removed some hazards for our kiddo when we arrived which made it all even more relaxing. 10+ from us.

The best place we stayed in Croatia so far. Heated private pool, great terrace in shade, large BBQ and playground for kids. Very comfortable beds, well equipment kitchen and plenty of leasure cozy areas (living room, gym, table tenis & whirpool bath). We will never go anywhere else :))
