Hary, the owner, was very attentive, easy to communicate with. He answered all our questions. The apartment is wonderful, it is equipped with all useful things like a washing & dishwasher machines, a sandwich maker, even an outside door grill tool (that was "wow" for us). It was a pleasure to come back from the outside heat and stay in the cool apartment. The bed is so comfy)) It is located just up to 7-10 mins walk from the main beaches, easy to reach. We were really pleased to stay at this apartment.

The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

Everything was great, as advertised and as expected. The apartmant was great, the views to the sea amazing. Literally on the shore, had to walk about 5 meters to be able to jump in for a quick swim. We did not take advantage of the SUPs but if someone is into it it's free and they looked to be in brand new condition. The kitchen was well equipped, nice bathroom with hot showers. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks again to Zoltan who was an amazing host! :)

The restaurant was to die for, compliments to the chef! Olive tree garden with longe chairs paired with a cup of coffee was spot on! The staff was really friendly, helpful and polite!
