I knew that I wanted to visit Lillafured but, beyond that, I didn't know much. Hotel Szeleta turned out to be an excellent find. For me, the Palota Lillafured was completely out of my budget-range... but Hotel Szeleta was not :) . Hotel Szeleta and Lillafured are easily reached from Miskolc... I took the tramway from the train station all of the way to the end, and then transferred to Bus 5 or Bus 15, both of which head up to Lillafured. Hotel Szeleta is in a pretty town in the valley called Also-Hamor, so downstream from Lillafured. I think it was about 1- 1.5 km to walk to Lillafured by way of Felso-Hamor, another pretty town with the stream running through it. I was able to have a reasonable lunch at the restaurant in Palota and could walk their beautiful grounds... so it all worked out. In Also Hamor, there appeared to be some restaurants geared toward tourists... but as it was off-season they were not open yet.

Featuring inner courtyard views, M70 Apartmanház is located in Miskolc, 26 km from Bükki National Park. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay.

Excellent staff Big rooms, good bed, we had few rooms'.. the apartment and standard room Both are good. Apartment also had a small usefull kitchen . Inside closed gate huge private parking. Good value for money. 5-10 mins walk from aldi supermarket.

Nice hotel, Everybody is very nice. A bit cold in rooms, probably saving on electricity. The food is decent - not too many options. Dinner is too early - just until 8 pm.

Lignum Hotel was excellent. The staff at reception were very friendly, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The baby cot even included baby soap, and there were plenty of towels, making it feel like every small detail was thoughtfully considered.
