I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

Nice resort with hot springs, a pool, and a gym — though the facilities are a bit dated. Nothing beats a hot soak after skiing. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. All in all, worth a stay!

The hotel is well situated in the Matra mountains. We were well received at reception and offered welcome drinks. Our room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotels facilities were more then adequate. Good value for money.

The apartment was brilliant! We had a fantastic stay in this lovely place. We are on a long distance walking trip and the apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean and well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV with streaming services and beautiful surroundings. The host could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. He was attentive and available at any time if we needed anything. We would highly recommend a stay at TarnApartman for anyone hiking or staying in the area.
