    Wow! Great rooms, hot shower and good location, nice and quiet. But that doesn’t top the kind and generous nature of Inge and her husband. Super helpful caring and kind family. They even took me on holiday with them ! Inge English is amazing so easy to communicate what you want to do and where to go, she will help with anything you need. Thanks very much for your hospitality and taking me on holiday to Batu Karas with you and the kids! Enjoyed everyday!

    Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke great English. The buffet breakfast was exceptional because there was plenty of food and wide variety of cuisines offered in one place. Definitely value for money. The hotel room was clean and maintained well, had all essential items. Mini bar affordable. Great family entertainment for kids with an under cover play area of play equipment a mini jumping castle, colouring in and table tennis.

    It was a family trip with 11 members and a baby. The rooms 3 twin beds and 2 king beds were spacious. The twin beds had showers. The king beds had bath tubs. We were all located at the same floor. The breakfast buffet is good too but it would be better if the menu is changed every 2 days perhaps.

    Location was ok but the entrance is spooky and dangerous!!!! For family with kids. The keeper Pak Vial in charge was helpful to make my stay slightly better to provide his own house fan to borrow during my stay after complaining to him but not his fault so appreciate his help. The owner should be more responsible I guess.

    The room is adequate for me n family. Everything is great including location, staff, bed, cleanliness and plus point is mall next to hotel. The bathroom is quite small. Tedious for parents wz small kids to bath in together.
