the property and hosts were beautiful! I lovely little chalet - it was such a great experience in butik lawang, I was very lucky to be a solo traveller and the hosts, Sarah and brain couldn’t do enough to accommodate me, they helped me with my planning, with my laundry and even to get to my early bus! Sarah offered to give me breakfast earlier so that I had food before my early bus! they were so helpful, it made me feel like home! what a lovely experience !!! highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Jhony is amazing host. We booked 3 days jungle track. Were lucky to see orangutans as well as other monkeys and animals. Would definitely recommend.

The location is stunning although u have to climb up there through the jungle. No hot shower and a lot of mosquitos but thats part of the jungle. Friendly people, good guides, we had a lot of fun with Robin and Rian while doing the jungletrek. Weaking up with monkeys around u in the trees. Stunning

The location, accommodation and staff are excellent! The price is extremely friendly. If you want, they will get you ice-cold beer and water. Room with fan, no aircon, but was comfortable with 33 degrees outside temperature. To access it, you need a safe but wobbly pedestrian hanging bridge. Jack’s Bar across the river has two terraces and serves food.

I loved my stay here and the staff are so kind and helpful. They helped me organize my jungle trekking tour, drove me around to find an atm and even picked me up from the bus when I arrived. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is a perfect base for jungle trekking but the best thing is the incredible staff and the amazing food. I’m genuinely sad to leave and it feels like I’m leaving my home. We had a great stay, Service and food was amazing. You only need to quit air conditioning as there are only fans in the beautiful Bungalows. Hotel als offer trekking tours and transfer- very good!

Sam and the whole Team are so friendly, they have accommodated all our last-minute changes and organized the night and day trekking for us. Food at the restaurant is delicious. The guide Zuhri was great, we made an amazing trekking in the jungle and could see the orangutan. We can only recommend the stay and related services, you will feel very welcome! :)
