The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, they were very helpful with organising scooters for us and anything we needed. Our room was the great and had aircon which is a bonus, plus the food was so fresh and delicious!

We had an amazing stay. Cedric and his wife are the most warm, welcoming, and positive people. They made me and my girlfriend feel welcome and made the best homecooked fish I've ever had. He got it in the morning at the fish market, and it tasted just as fresh. The location is perfect, as you have the sea at your doorstep. Even though it's not in the centre of Pangandaran or Batukaras, you can rent a scooter with them, and you'll be at the green canyon or aforementioned places in 30 minutes tops! I would recommend this place to young and old, it's that good!

We stayed one night in Cay's House as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. We really enjoyed this place. The house is huge there is even a bath that we really enjoyed after a month of cold showers! The location is very peacefull, the palm trees, the river and the birds just makes it so relaxing. There is even a whole kitchen available and free coffe, tea and water. Also the mosquitos were not so bad, absolutely a plus!

The best spot to stay in Batu Karas, a perfect hidden gem. Set in a beautiful tropical garden the cottages are comfortable and very clean with a great hot shower. The whole team are exceptionally helpful, caring and friendly and made our two week stay brilliant. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of choice for vegetarian (for example; banana pancakes, veg mie goren or veg nasi goreng). Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Batu Karas.
