The Lobby and the surroundings were beautiful, especially the outside garden and the pool area, like an oase in an Urban jungle. The rooms are spacious. And the breakfast especially the outside patio was very pleasant. We enjoyed it every morning.

Staffs are so polite and helpful. The place located in a busy street, it can be noisy, specially when your room facing the street but that is just a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay. The entire place is clean, very homey too. Beds are comfortable. It was a nice short stay.

Thanks a lot to Anita, she's super kind and helped me with everything i needed. She drove me around, we went together for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its a really nice homestay in a local area, perfect if you want to avoid the rush from the city center.

A lovely Interior design and with a limited size, it has everything, provide a good amenities too. Perfect for a single/couple traveller.

The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

My recent 2-night stay at Ra Suites Simatupang for my anniversary was nothing short of incredible. This hotel is a true gem in Jakarta, offering an amazing experience in every aspect, especially considering its exceptional value. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The warm welcome at the lobby set the tone, and I was delighted to receive a voucher for buy-one-get-one-free drinks, coffee, and bakery items—a lovely touch. The dining offerings are where Ra Suites truly shines. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but what sets this hotel apart are the incredible extras: a delightful afternoon tea from 3-5 PM and a generous "snacks and cocktails" buffet from 6-8 PM. These are amenities you simply don't find at other hotels in this price range. A special shout-out to the incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff at the restaurant, especially Chornel, who was exceptionally helpful and made our meals even more enjoyable. Our room on the 18th floor was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered an unbelievable city view. I loved the unique and practical design, with the toilet separated from the shower and dressing room. It was a very pleasant surprise to find a nice anniversary decoration in the room—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. All necessary amenities were available. Other highlights include the smooth check-in and check-out process, and the elegant piano in the lobby with a daily evening singing performance that created a wonderful ambiance. To get all these fantastic features—luxurious comfort, outstanding F&B, and top-tier service—at such an affordable price is unbelievable. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended
