    Brilliant hotel, exquisite service, welcome gift for our 3 boys. Room was perfect. Extra bed nicely set up. Breakfast very extensive with lots of choice. Buffetdiner was very good with even chocolate fountain. Beautiful swimmingpool, very fun kids area.

    Great hotel, we got the condo-style 2 bedrooms apartment and it was amazing, well furnished and well organized, spacious and clean. Big bonus, a washing and drying machine, really helpful when travelling with kids. The breakfast had many delicious options and they had a nice kids club. The swimming pool is big with a great kids' area. Overall a great choice for family stay. It is 5 min walk from the mall, also very convenient. I will definitely come back.

    Breakfast very generous, staff were very friendly, pool was amazing but we were not happy that we booked a two bed room suite as we were family of 2 adults and 2 children the hotel stuff didn’t have one and gave us two separate rooms it was uncomfortable at all we had to split the family or sleep in one room four of us even when we asked for an extra bed to stay in one room they asked for more money and we already paid almost $600 Australian per nite and they didn’t want to cancel the booking or refund any thing.

    The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There is sauna, swimming pool and kids playzone, so its perfect for family vacation. It has a good view of Sunter Lake and the city, and is close to numerous restaurants and stores. The personals are very friendly and helpful.

    Really helpful staff at reception. I arrived early at 10:30am and they allowed me an early check in at no extra cost. That is really great after a long flight without shower, to be able to check in early. The staff a throughout the hotel are wonderful from reception to security, bell boy, restaurant staff... Really nice hotel for a family stay especially if you have kids. Great pool and they offer Kids activities. Have stayed here few times now and will be back again.
