The staff were amazing, so kind to our little toddler who ran feral around the restaurant. Bed was incredibly comfy, house keeping was great, three pool areas (restaurant, family and quiet). Roos checked us in and out and was so friendly. The kids club is one of the biggest i'd seen in Bali too!
