The villa rooms and kitchen area was so clean. The rooms are comfy and bathrooms perfect. The pool was nice to relax in too! Kitchen has everything you need in it, and you can get a nice breakfast delivered to the property.

From the moment we arrived Komang made us feel welcome and a part of her extended family. Nothing was too much trouble, from booking scooters, to helpful advice and even sharing her evening meals for us to try. Staying at Kupanaha Villa was one of our favourite experiences in years of Indo travel. The Villas themselves are unique, the grounds clean and pool immaculate.

Our experience at The Palms Penida was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond, picking us up and helping arrange all our activities on the island—they truly made everything effortless. I love everything about this hotel. Just drainaige in the toilet could be better, however its understandable since its located in the island. The view is stunning!! Breakfast also really2 good. Staff is very helpful. They also have driver contact for going from and to the harbour. View is stunningg!! Definitely will come again

We LOVED this hotel, which was the best we had in Bali (and we tested 5 different ones): from the welcome drink to the decoration (so beautiful we had to ask them if we could buy it), the staff (really kind and super careful), the services (floating breakfast available for free), the food (we only ate at the hotel during our stay at nusa penida) everything was perfect! If you are looking for a calm, peaceful place, very well decorated and well trained staff, go for it!!! we hope to come back very soon and already miss this place. They also rent scooters which is very convenient.
