Absolutely immaculate accommodation with lots of space and very friendly and helpful management. Well over and beyond the call of duty I'd say. Arrived late but it was no problem. Left to our own devices on the whole with advice on trips when needed. EXCELLENT.

Pat, the host was lovely. He called us to make sure we were on our way and made sure that the house was warm and cozy for our arrival. The views from the property are beautiful 😍 My family, including the dog, had a fab time.

The hotel and grounds were amazing, it was among one of the nicest places we have stayed at. The hotel itself is stunning, and the scenery is even better. We loved the pool, spa, and the facilities it offered. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good.

We stayed at this house near Sceine Bay for a family trip and absolutely loved it. The house really blew us away. If you love to cook, this place is a dream come true with all the kitchen gear you could ever need. We ended up making some great family meals right there, just enjoying the space and the amazing view. Another amazing thing about the house is all the books. No matter what you’re into, there’s something for everyone, from Joanne Harris and David Gemmell to Tolkien and more. The location is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in a really scenic part of the bay. We spent a lot of time just taking in the views or heading out to explore. There’s so much nearby to check out, like Helen’s Bar, Derreen Gardens, the town of Kenmare, and the Boathouse Restaurant. We never ran out of things to do or places to eat. Honestly, this house made our trip. It’s the perfect spot if you want to relax, cook great food, or just enjoy good books with family. We’re already talking about when we can go back here, we're regulars of Cork and Kerry. Highly recommend!

We rented a house for 2 nights, the house has everything we need. There is plenty of space and there is also a beautiful beach nearby. The place is wonderful. There is a gas bbq in the house, we prepared an excellent bbq. The owners of the house are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place! +++

    We had a fantastic family stay in the pods. With kids it was better than any hotel as they could run outside while we were cooking BBQ / snack/ breakfast etc … very happy and definitely in plans to return

    Absolutely loved the house we were in, so spacious, we were family of 4 adults and 2 children and a dog, had plenty of room, house was very warm with excellent facilities. I dealt with Shelia in reservations, I have to say she was extremely helpful and so nice to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

    The house is newly renovated, and fully stocked with everything you would need. We travelled with a baby and they had a cot, high chair and even a changing mat. When we arrived, the hosts had thoughtfully left out fresh scones for our arrival which was a lovely treat after a long journey. The house was warm, showers hot and beds comfortable. Chris was great and quickly responded with any queries. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the Beara.
