Very nice apartment; 3 minutes drive from the Doolin center .. Silent place; apartment seems quite new and super clean; kitchen fully equipped; bed is confortable (even, as per other places in Ireland, size is smaller than we are accustomed); free car parking onsite; friendly host, they provided some milk, butter, marmelade, water for free..

If you're looking for an authentic family-run B&B experience, this is the gold standard. I travel often due to work - and I've had the privilege to stay in so many places all over the world (Japan, Estonia, Malta, Portugal, South Korea, Germany, USA etc etc etc). Churchfield is going to hold a special place in my heart. My big mistake was not booking more nights in this lovely place! (if you end up feeling the same way, just ask them if they have extra rooms available). Aoiefa and her family has taken so much trouble to make you as comfortable as possible - it's all the little things from the tea & coffee in the room, the hot water bottle, the thoughtfully provided toiletries etc. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was warm & inviting. You can tell they love their guests, they are passionate about what they do, and hospitality is what they are all about. The location is excellent for an adventure to the Cliffs of Moher, and the Aran Islands. Not to mention that across & along the street you can walk to Irish pubs with trad music (even though we were there in an off season). All in all it was a memorable stay. Thank you for welcoming us into your family home ❤️

It was amazing. The view is exceptional. The amount of detail and care of the hostess is inspiring. The food is amazing, especially since everything is homemade. The bed is very comfortable. It is very beautiful.
