The quiet of the place, right next to the lake. The room and house were impeccable, but the best aspect of our stay was without a doubt our hosts, a very nice family that welcomed us with exceptional attention from the start and with whom we shared a great breakfast and an interesting conversation. EVERYTHING! Perfect location for trips from Longford in any direction. Felt central for us. Lots of secure parking on-site. Great selection of shops for groceries and a fantastic Dunnes (IYKYK). The space is well laid out, pretty and functional. Even has a balcony! Kitchen has all mod cons including a washer-dryer all-in-one machine. There was coffee, tea, sugar and milk for 2 days - with a sweet treat. 🙏 Great bathroom with huge towels too. 💚 The owner welcomed us and responded immediately to a request for more toilet paper. But the coup de grace was completing a full load of laundry for us off site!! So grateful. 🙏 This property is perfect for a night or a week. It's very well managed and staff are extremely helpful. What more can you ask for?
