Very nice b&b on the road into Trim. The room was quite large and had its own en-suite bathroom. Very warm (the bathroom has a heated floor) and when the main heating goes off, there is a portable radiator than can be used. Pam is a delightful host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There's a plentiful breakfast to be had each morning, with a wide choice of fresh food and coffee or tea, and fruit juice.

With garden views, Killeen Castle is set in Dunsany and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace. Complimentary WiFi is featured.

Really lovely accommodations with beautiful surroundings, which include the golf course, Killeen Castle, ruins of a church, and gardens. The accommodations are in the lodges with four bedrooms in each section with lounge/kitchenette area for use by all guests in the section. Very quiet. Enjoyable walk through the gardens to the clubhouse for meals, which were great. Or you can drive to the parking lot, if you prefer. Everything appears new. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in Ireland again. We’re not golfers, but if you were, you’d be in seventh heaven. Enjoyable for non-golfers too.

It felt like a home away from home, where we could relax and comfortably unwind. Being in the countryside afforded us tranquility which we would not have easily experienced in a more urban setting. Rosaleen and Demian were very hospitable and made us all feel so welcome. The facilities were all impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. It goes without saying that we would love to stay there once again when we visit Ireland again.

The castle was absolutely beautiful – spotless and well-kept. The host was very friendly, quick to respond, and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the castle. It’s definitely a place I would recommend for groups! The cows and horses nearby added to the charming, countryside atmosphere. Everything worked perfectly, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The area was very peaceful and quiet – a wonderful stay overall!
