Lovely appointed room with extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful house in extremely quiet and peaceful location . Simon is a particularly attentive host and went way beyond the call of duty to sort out a problem with my booking. Breakfast was excellent , served to us in our room . Unfortunately we had to leave too early and couldn’t explore the beautiful wild garden and woodland . Next time hopefully. Thank you.

Excellent breakfast with happy friendly staff .The whole experience was amazing.Spacious bedrooms and lounges which were very cosy and comfortable. Location just.at the edge of Abbeyleix was very peaceful. Reception staff very heloful too and friendly.. We will certainly return..

Very welcoming, very comfortable. Jamie was a great host, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He also gave us a good recommendation for somewhere to eat that night. Breakfast was good, and we would be very happy to return here.

Very open and spacious! I especially loved the balcony! The dishwasher was a life saver too! There was a slight problem with one of the taps in the apartment and Michael and his team were straight on it and it was fixed in no time at all. Irish hospitality at its finest! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars!

What a wonderful place! We loved everything: the nature, the place, the people... it's like being inside a film. Paddy and Hanna are wonderful, friendly people, two artists... Paddy also has a great voice, at the end of dinner he sang a couple of songs and we wished that moment had never passed. thank you so much, a piece of my heart is there with you
