We were only in Buvinda for one night. It was wonderful. The hosts are so welcoming, the rooms so cosy and clean, the breakfast was very tasty and entertaining. We felt right at home. Arthur gave us the tip to go to Newgrange even without online tickets and we still got in! Thank you! We will recommend you to others.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It out done all our expectations. The place and surrounding we out of this world. We will definitely book again. We would highly recommend this place and was pet friendly which was a great facility to have and that's one of the main reasons we booked. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed for our break.

WOW! What a lovely trip home! Everything was amazing. The accommodation was fab.and immaculately clean!! Lovely hot shower and great facilities In the kitchen. There's a lovely family run pub and restaurant next door which adds to the delight of staying here. Absolutely brilliant hosts..so friendly and helpful..We had a wonderful Christmas here!! Definitely going back here ASAP. So so Happy I booked here for our Christmas 2024 . It's one we will forever remember. Such peace and quiet. I slept like a log. Lovely to be able to sleep and all you can hear is nature - so refreshing. The room was fantastic - hotel style luxury and more like a hotel suite than a room. Everything was to a very high professional standard - bedding clean, and fresh, the room and bathroom also felt like five star hotel standards. It is located in such a peaceful place you would not believe you are that close relatively to a motorway.

Towels are included :) The Hostel is located on top of the pub, so it's perfect to listen to some live musik, and grad a pint before going to bed. From the room, you could barely hear anything from the pubs music and the closing times in ireland are reasonable to catch enough Zzzs. Food (delicious burgers and other things) is also offered. The Hostel doors (front door and room) are locked via pin-codes so there's no card/key you can forget. the 6 ppl Dorm had it's own bathroom with shower (good water pressure). Some beds are extra-wide; there are light blocking curtains, lockers under the beds and usb+power-sockes (UK sockets) as well a reading light at each bed. The window towards the road also has a light blocking curtain and was relatively good isolated (not 100% soundproof but good). it's a ~10min walk (slightly uphill through the city) from the bus station (100x or 101 from the airport).

An amazing large converted farmhouse, isolated surrounded by fields but so close to main the road. Room large and comfortable with access to the terrace. Kitchen area and dining room with everything you need. Living room just like home with a cosy warm fireplace perfect for the winter. It was absolutely perfect. Instructions and communication on everything was very organised. We were lucky to have the place practically all for ourselves :-)
