Not so often I can say: "Perfectly! Benissimo! Потрясающе!" Briefly. Location can't be better - 200 meters to the beach and in very quiet district. The hotel is new and modern. All is clean and fresh. Sound insulation is very good (I didn't heard neighbors no one time, usually it is not so). The rate price/quality is more than acceptable. Thanks everybody and especially for Julia!

Cleanliness, care about guests - there were coffee, tea bags, cooking oil, salt, even bottle of drinking water. Prompt and polite response from the host on any questions, amazing pillows, blankets and mattress. Heater in a bathroom.

Location location location ! this is the best location in haifa you can get, close to everywhere, public transportations, business center, Ministry of the Interior and Courts, Haifa open university and more.. also close to Bahai Gardens. There is no breakfast in the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants around. you can find traditional food (Humos, shuwarma, falafel) and you can find top end chef restaurants are well. during the day its calm and during the night its full of crowds, fun area with great vibes! when you close the windows there is complete silence so no worries about it.

There were 4 people with a pet on holiday. The apartment is magnificent, spacious, lots of bedding, a large TV, bright, there are lots of dishes, kitchen appliances, a bath where you can lie down and relax, cleanliness. And most importantly, the courtyard is very beautifully decorated with a variety of decor. We were all delighted. I recommend it with all my hands, you get exactly the same as in the photo!

The hotel is brand new, with a very nice atmosphere It is an old Templar house, renewed with a lot of attention to keep the building's character, but with all modern facilities. Our room was a decent size. Well-decorated and cozy. The owners are very nice and welcoming.
