Clean rooms and hotel, large room/shower place with big balcony and waterfall view. Beautiful infinity pool to cool down in the middle of the day. Friendly staff who will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. We loved the 5 o'clock tea and snack time. Perfect dinner options also. Don't hesitate to book, you will enjoy it. Special thanks to Harikrishnahan (kitchen service), Shaji (staff) and Vinesh (admin manager) for making our breakfast early in the morning and giving us a nice present. Where should I start with this review.I am simply compelled to write about our very memorable , My family and I had the most comfortable and relaxing experience at Green Trees , from my balcony I have the mountain and waterfall right in front of us. From Check in to Check out the stay was awesomely smooth. Staffs are very polite and humble. It was my wife birthday and they arranged everything including a sweet candle light dinner. The complimentary breakfast had an excellent spread, the rooms are clean, the pool, gym and the overall ambience of the property was good and value for money. The property offers a good ambience both during day and at night. We really enjoyed the trek to the river and bathing in it. Planning to have another visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Hydel Palace, especially enjoying the swimming pool. The experience was great overall. While the food was a bit overpriced, it was delicious, and the restaurant was well-maintained. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
