We booked our one-night stay quite late in the evening, but the communication was seamless, with all necessary details promptly provided. We were pleasantly surprised by the high level of cleanliness, which met Western standards. The location was convenient, with plenty of buses nearby. Great value for money and highly recommended!

One of the Best Stays Ever! I stayed at Hotel Suitcase for 2 days and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and the staff were polite and always ready to help. What truly stood out was the attached kitchen—fully equipped, so I could cook whatever I liked, which gave a homely feel. The location is also a big plus—just walking distance from Kalighat Mandir and very close to the jatin metro station. The dormitory infrastructure is clean, modern, and comfortable. I had a pleasant 3-day stay with my family at this hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent right near the taxi stand which made getting around very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I wish I had time to take some photos, but we were too busy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.
