Everything was excellent, had a great, comfortable stay here. All staff were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Too many to mention by name but our thanks to all of them. The hotel arranged our Kanniyakumari trip, and our driver Simon was very courteous, friendly and a safe driver. Ashok and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. My baggage got delayed in transit so I was concerned when arriving but immediately, Ashok made me feel comfortable, picking me up from the airport and helping me settle in at La Casa, in the wee hours. He makes a great coffee, and breakfast was a treat each morning. Ashok rang the airport for me and the bag was delivered, luckily, on day 2. The room was perfect for my needs and exceptionally clean. Ashok is a wise man, he had advice for every eventuality, and I felt safe and very happy there. Great introduction to the gorgeous people of India!

The location is great. Lulu Mall is only a 12 minute drive. Even though the property is in the city, the location is very quiet. The house is immaculate and modern. Each bedroom had it's own TV. Will look to rent the place again next time in Trivandrum.
