Location is excellent, staffs including owner are very courteous and helpful.Food was also very tasty . During our Triund trek, we lost our way while returning in the evening, Mr. Namgyal helped us a lot including sending a car to Gallu devi temple at night .We have no words to express our gratitude to him and also the person who guided my wife in last part of trek and drove us to the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional at breakfast, in the gym area. We didn't stay long enough in the hotel, but definitely would use more of the facilities next time. Would recommend this as the best stay in Dhramshala. Would definitely stay here again :)

I liked the entirety of the hotel services, be it the welcoming attitudes of the hosts or the proactivity of the staff throughout the day - very courteous, yet professional in understanding what a guest needs. The rooms were comfortable, and clean, and just loved the fact that towels were changed every day. The location of the hotel is the icing on the cake with such a 360-degree glamorous panorama of the Dauladar range, the beautiful valley of the lower Dharamsala a blissful view of His Holiness the Dalai Lama`s residence, just making our day contented and blessed. It was great staying at Alizeh, good silent location, near main road and shops and coffee shops. Alizeh took care for any need we had and always with smile and care. Room was clean, 24/7 hot water at the shower. Breakfast was good and tasty and don't miss the karaoke and movie night !!!
