This hostel is a little paradise far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in India. I stayed there much longer than planned because it was so wonderful. Lovely quit place, all new and clean. With really nice food, and very helpful and sweet Deepa and her lovely parents. Deepa speaks good English, knows all and arranges what we wanted. We enjoyed everything!

Everything was perfect. There are two rooms available and a shared kitchen which are all new. Everything is as per the photos. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast available is delicious, as are the dinners cooked by Sujilal’s wife. You can organise all trips through Sujilal, as well as onward travel. This is the perfect place to stay whilst in Munroe Island.

The setting is very peaceful overlooking the lake. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They arranged our boating trip on Monroe Island as well as organising a takeaway meal for us in the evening. They also organised the tuk tuk to drive us to our next destination. It was one of the best stays we’ve had in India

The family were incredible. So welcoming and willing to assist us with anything we might need. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great. The family also offered us dinner and breakfast and both were delicious!
