The staff and the incharge Susmit was extremely helpful. What is aweful is the size of the room, extremely small for a family and small stair case to climb to rooms. the staff helped with changing rooms post my check out after my beach visit, but the room given was pathetic like a public toilet made the whole experience sour again. The internet connectivity is good, and the concept of a common area on the top floor is the icing on the cake when you are served with fresh orange/mango juice.
