Host - Mr. Patil was very welcoming. The property was maintained and tidy. The property is close to Mahalakshmi Mandir. We were a group of 5 cyclists and required space to assemble our cycles and park our support vehicle. Porch of the property is big enough to accommodate 2 SUV's.

The property is very well maintained.It has good facilities and the caretaker is very helpful.It is located very close to the mahalaxmi temple which makes it even better.It has a nice balcony as well with views of the city.Overall we were very satisfied with the property.

The host Amey was very polite, humble and always reachable. Our stay was wonderful because of the excellent facilities provided at the property. No complains at all.     The location is perfect.. though it is in the heart of the city, it's off the road so there's no noise of traffic. The place is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Very nice for a family stay. The caretaker, Mr Varekar is very accomodating and available on call at any time. Will definitely visit again.

    Host Amey is one of the best host I have come across in my recent times, he is extremely down to earth and very helpful with everything. The property is perfect stay for a family who is looking for comfortable and private space, it’s a 2 BHK bungalow with all basic and modern amenities, which literally gives you a luxury stay at an very affordable price.
