The property did not serve Breakfast, but the location was ideal for what I was doing. The building is neatly tucked away from the main road ( Mapuca- Calangute ) making the night quiet and peaceful apart from the occasional barking of dogs. Air Condition was more than adequate , both Fan and AC Unit are installed. Hosts were polite and ever so helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Room was reasonably priced and I felt that I got value for money. I would certainly go back again.

I like the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and the courteous staff. The only problem I had was the AC in the room wasn't working too well. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to friends any day.

    Banger of a property. If you plan to stay longer in North Goa and with family. Thisbis the place. Close to all the good beaches (Morjim, Vagator, Anjuna, Candolim). The property manager (Anjan) was very cooperative and hands on.
