Loved my stay there, a beautiful house in a quiet area, with such a friendly and helpful staff who made me feel like family! I liked the well decorated double room, and also the dorms were nice; they gave me a heater (it was very cold in December), the breakfast they served was delicious. The house is a little far from the town but that makes it special and peaceful, and you can walk through the sweet village to get a shared taxi into town. One evening I arrived a bit late, and they were so kind to drive me to a local restaurant and to pick me up to go back, I enjoyed interesting conversations with the owner and staff, who all spoke really good English. Thank you a lot!

Samaphi Homestay is a perfect place, and when I say perfect, I mean first that the place where it's situated is nice and clean. I went and saw many homestays on Airbnb or booking.com; in pictures they looked beautiful, but when we personally visited, the surroundings were congested and pathetic. The only place we found worth it was Samaphi, with an excellent host and her family. Trust me, you will not regret booking this homestay. And you can thank me later.

I travel every month to Shillong for business purpose and this time I stayed at Keeon with my family. I found it to be one of the most lovely, clean, homely atmosphere and above all an awesome hospitality by the host and her whole family whom we met during our stay.
