One of the best hyatt properties that i have stayed in till date and all credit goes to the absolutely amazing staff....The front office staff Parvathy and Franklin were too good...Especially Ms Parvathy went extra mile to ensure that we had a very comfortable and memorable stay...i just cannot thank her enough..The housekeeping staff did excellent work in keeping the room clean and attending to little requests here and there...The restaurant staff were really on their toes like Nur, Godwin ....The morning breakfast buffet is a treat reflecting the true Kerela cuisine and their bakery section is really too good, very fresh and delicious....If we could we would have stayed for a few more days.

Everything. The owner was in Abu dhabi. We reached at 3am in the morning and he was awake till that time so that we get a smooth check-in. Rooms where good, clean and the house had everything we needed including a cradle for our 6 month old. Definitely will. Recommend this to anyone coming that way.

We had the most wonderful stay at a lovely old traditional house in the countryside! Our host, Tomy, went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. From arranging transportation to even waiting for us at the airport himself, Tomy's hospitality was unmatched. He welcomed us with wonderful traditional cuisine that allowed us to savor the local flavors. What truly stood out was Tomy's kindness and resourcefulness. When our baggage was delayed, he didn't hesitate to help us out by arranging some basic clothes purchases late at night. It was a gesture that made us feel like part of the family.
